Thermal Safety & System Reliability

UL9540A thermal spread test results demonstrate excellent performance. The system features combustible gas monitoring, pressure relief, and explosion protection compliant with NFPA 68/69 standards.

“2+2” fire control measures: modular built-in fire suppression combined with a container firefighting system arranged in an echelon configuration.

Thermal management: centralized cooling with multistage shunt, parallel flow channels, and throttling control. Module cell temperature difference ≤2 °C; container level ≤3 °C.

Battery system: special energy storage battery with 10,000+ cycles and a 20-year service life.

Protection design: enclosure rated IP55, anti-corrosion grade C4/C5, and high-voltage modules with IP67 protection.
